Online Entries for all events close at 3pm on Saturday 31st May. NO entries will be accepted after this time.

Yes, the 2025 event booklet will be emailed directly to you closer to the date. You can  find the 2024 booklet HERE.

It will also be available on our Facebook page

The booklet contains information about the upcoming event, including timetables, course maps, bus timetables and more.

The charter bus timetable for 2025 is as follows (please note that this is subject to change) -

‍Nightcliff Pool to Darwin Esplanade:

7:30AM

8:00AM

8:30AM

9:30AM

10.00AM

It is FREE to travel on the bus!

NOTE: To ensure minimal disruption to residents and traffic flow, there will NO LONGER be buses departing from Nightcliff to the City pre-race. 12km participants are asked to park at the start line in the City and once the run is complete, return to the City on the charter bus.

2024 results are available here. The 2025 link will be available closer to event day.

The use of these devices are NOT permitted during any of the events.  This is for your safety, as we will be sharing paths and roads with the general public.

The make your event experience smooth, don’t forget to pack the following before leaving home;

• Race kit
• Water bottle
• Running shoes (be sure to wear any new ones in)
• Comfortable running gear
• Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
• A plan of where to park and where to meet your friends afterwards
• Swimming gear for the after run pool party

Refunds are available until 3pm Friday 23rd May 2025, minus a $10 administration fee. Please note refunds are not available for local participants without a medical certificate.

Race bib collection will be from 10am to 5.30pm on Friday 30th May 2025 and 10am to 4pm on Saturday 31st May at the DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade in Darwin City.
