Entries for all events close at 3pm (ACST) Saturday 31st May. Unfortunately no entries will be accepted after this time.

Yes, the 2025 event booklet will be emailed directly to you closer to the date. You can  find the 2024 booklet HERE.

It will also be available on our Facebook page

The booklet contains information about the upcoming event, including timetables, course maps, bus timetables and more.

NOTE: To ensure minimal disruption to residents and traffic flow, there will NO LONGER be buses departing from Nightcliff to the City pre-race. 12.5km participants are asked to park at the start line in the City and once the run is complete, return to the City on the FREE charter bus.

Please ensure you tick the bus box when registering.

First bus - departs Nightcliff Pool carpark at 8.30am, subsequent buses will leave at 15min intervals (approx).

The use of all personal audio devices is BANNED during any of the events.  This is for your safety, as we will be sharing paths and roads with the general public. The only exception are Bone Conduction earphones as these allow ambient noise.

The make your event experience smooth, don’t forget to pack the following before leaving home;

• Race Bib
• Water bottle/vest and/or gels
• Running shoes (be sure to wear any new ones in)
• Comfortable running gear
• Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
• A plan of where to park and where to meet your friends beforehand and post run for breakfast!
• Swimming gear for the after run pool, cool down

Refunds are available until 3pm Friday 23rd May 2025, minus a $15 administration fee. Please note refunds are not available for local participants without a medical certificate.

Race Bib and pre ordered merchandise collection will be from 11.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 30th May 2025 and 10am to 4pm on Saturday 31st May at the DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade in Darwin City.
