HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ENTRY

You can change your own entry online. Simply have your reference number and pin code handy (you would have received that via email from us when you originally entered) and go here to change events.

WHERE DO I GET MY RACE KIT

Race pack pick up will be from the Hilton Darwin at the following times;

Friday 16th October: 12am-5.30pm
Saturday 17th October: 10am-4pm

If you can’t make it to those days, you can collect from the start line on event morning, but please allow an extra 10minutes.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T PARTICIPATE

There are unfortunately no refunds unless you’ve got a medical certificate.  For refund requests email info@epiceventsandmarketing.com.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR RACE DAY?

The make your event experience smooth, don’t forget to pack the following before leaving home;

  • Race kit
  • Water bottle
  • Running shoes (be sure to wear any new ones in)
  • Comfortable running gear
  • Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
  • A plan of where to park and where to meet your friends afterwards
  • Swimming gear for the pool party

CAN I RACE WITH AN MP3 PLAYER?

The use of these devices is NOT permitted during any of the events.  This is for your safety, as we will be sharing paths and roads with the general public.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RESULT AFTER THE RACE

Results will be available shortly after the race at www.ntcity2surf.com.au.

I WANT HELP WITH TRAINING IN THE LEAD UP

Please contact our Development Officer who can connect you with a coach or training group in the lead up.  The training manager can be contacted at info@ntathletics.org.au
